Oppression is the rule of Baloz
Blades, it occurs to me that the people of Baloz are terrified. Did ye note
how our serving woman shied away from speaking about the halflings?
Maglor believes that the halflings rule this town with an iron fist.
I feel we should confront these rulers of Baloz and demand justice. I think
the common folk will welcome a change, and we may well win a valuable
alliance for Esirup.
